Wanting to rent out your property? You will need to meet the New Zealand Healthy Home Standards to comply or be fined.
The Healthy Homes standards create specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, draught stopping, moisture ingress and drainage in rental properties.
Whangarei Building Inspections provide a comprehensive report summarising the state of the property relative to the required rental standards.
Landlords are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of their rental properties. These standards will help ensure landlords have healthier, safer properties and lower maintenance costs for their investments.
The standards will also make it easier for tenants to keep their homes warm and dry.
Compliance is made simple for you.
We'll provide a comprehensive report summarising the state of the property relative to the required rental standards for:
- Insulation
